Not much is known at this point regarding a lot of the details, but we hope the best for his family that remain.  We will keep you posted on any tributes or fundraisers of any kind in this regard, so please watch our Facebook page and Twitter feeds for details.<\/p>\n<p>Know that the funds raised from the Dec 30th show will go towards his child.  Details to follow.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to Dave Paterson and Darcy Fiander for the help with this.
