Remembering Jo-Anna Downey

The Toronto comedy scene would not be what it is today without Jo-Anna. She passed away the night of December 2nd after a long fight with ALS. She will truly be missed.

Our producer Darcy found an old episode of the TVA podcast with Jo-Anna on it, which you can find HERE.

In going through the old files, I came across her second appearance on the show and thought I should bring it out to you all to remember and enjoy.

Erratum: In the intro I got my nights mixed up and thought that this was a night she was performing at my comedy show that followed. She was in fact going to Ajax. It was another night that she came and did my room, along with others.

We miss you, Mama.
